Your asylum case deserves a strong file.
Document preparation and organization
Seeking protection is one of the most important decisions in a person's life. At ETIKA, we prepare, organize and translate your file with the seriousness your case deserves, so it is complete, professional and on time.
What is asylum?
Protection for people who fear returning to their country because of a real risk of persecution.
Asylum protects people who fear returning to their country because of persecution related to race, religion, nationality, political opinion or membership in a particular social group. It is requested with Form I-589 while physically filing in the United States.
For people who are not in court proceedings. The case is filed with USCIS and may include an interview with an asylum officer.
For people in removal proceedings. The case is handled before an EOIR immigration judge.
It may include a spouse and unmarried children under 21 who are in the U.S.

We also remind you about the annual asylum fee when applicable, so your case and permits stay organized.
